The Host is the party who possesses land upon which the mission is to establish a commercial project, or projects, that will create full time employment; and, shall be a commercial enterprise that will provide a wise stewardship of all natural resources.
Preferred projects shall be those that include :
(A) sustainable, green electric power generation
(B) field crops and greenhouse produce (i) nutrition, (ii) tree seedlings; and, (iii) bio-pharma products
(C) R&D Bio Centres : developing patents, copyrights for advanced technologies and practices
Summary : The Host assigns adequate energy resources fields; power purchase agreements; permits and licences to the Capital Source as security for finance provisions; with the intent that all capital debt shall be paid out within 10 years of the in-service date of the project
