Since 1960, we have developed both domestic and international private sector mainstream natural resource projects; and, included within this commercial past practice is our very successful partnerships with indigenous peoples, who have sought to bring successful commercial projects into their territories.

Canada provides a unique environment for interested capital, who is seeking projects with relative low risk.

There is no need for capital sources to fear entering into Canadian indigenous projects.

As with any project intent, capital sources will always benefit through cautious exploratory R&D.

Indigen Commerce Group Ltd Canada (ICG Ltd Canada) respectfully proposes to both the Host territories; and, the Capital Sources the following scenario :
  1. Canada possesses all of the key factors that are prerequisite for successful commercial enterprises (A) stable, democratic governance across the second largest nation territory in the world; (B) abundant, affordable sustainable energy to supply projects with a continuum that will ensure interrupted production; and, (C) skills and services that prevail across the nation
  2. There is a relatively successful working relationship between the mainstream population and indigenous peoples; through which the three critical factors will provide capital sources will a secure comfort level that all levels of government co-ordinate infrastructure to the benefit of the project; and,
  3. Water resources, also, are abundant : both fresh water and sea access; ensuring productivity and logistics (moving produce to market) - obviously, Canada possessing access to global marketplace options (Europe, Asia, India; and, USA)

Summary : ICG LTD Canada enters each project through the Master Services Agreement (MSA) format :

  1. The Host provides the Mission Statement & introduces the opportunity for the Capital Source and the Master Contractor to enter into exploratory dialogue : 30 Days timeline
  2. Capital Sources will understand that there are two stages : (A) Stage One : $5-Million USD working capital to secure energy resources; permits and licences; and, the environmental impact assessment final report; and, (B) Stage Two : Project development to In-Service : $200-Million USD
  3. Capital Sources attach a financial moderator to each project; ensuring compliance with the Terms And Conditions of all project capital draw downs
  4. ICG Ltd Canada - as the master contractor - provides quality assessment overview of the Tri-Gen project from approval of engineering submissions to the in-service date; with options to continue as the overseer, ensuring productivity to the 10th years, when all capital indebtedness is scheduled to be paid out. ICG Ltd Canada shall - at the invitation of the Host - remain on site to manage to projects.
Indigen Commerce Group Ltd Canada has nearly a sixty year history of managing tri-generation projects through indigenous Hosts that are either located on the 650 federally registered First Nations reserves (9 million acres); or, outside of the treaty process (consecutively settled sovereign peoples). And, it is within our exclusive capabilities to ensure that macro trigeneration projects transition through these vagaries quickly (within 12 months).
In total, indigenous peoples (on and off reserves) have identified realistic missions (as based upon proven sustainable green energy resources) for 3300 projects that will generate 100,000 megawatts of electric power for their scheduled 3 billion s.f. of greenhouses.

 And, ICG Ltd Canada brings its proprietary expertise into the MSA structures through limited licensing provisions; providing the pathways to acquire the 10-trillion tonnes of P1-Factor energy resources into the SVSIHHI projects at the Host territories - which creates the superior economic advantages for the Bio-Gen Greenhouse production.
