I am Ralph Charles Goodwin, presiding executive director of
policies and planning for Indigen Commerce Group Ltd Canada (ICG Ltd Canada); and,
our central indigenous commerce and trade MSA associates, Kwa’mutsun Nation
& the 2013 UN registered IGO GTIF within the IMH
Since 1960, we are an evolving associate group who develops
sustainable green energy resources into electric power; supporting hydroponic
greenhouses (silviculture, nutrition and herbal medicinal produce) via the
SVS-IHHI programs – private theme cities. Our origins come from forestry,
agriculture and sawmill enterprises across Canada; with Canada-supported international
registry as an Oil Buyer since 2000 with the UN Security Council.
Today, our purpose of contact is to create a series of
non-committal information discussions with Harmac Pacific; through which we
will offer a rather unique and genuine proposal to you regarding our current
necessity to install a P1-Factor Field R&D Team for our SVS-IHHI projects.
We are not seeking to capitalize on your commercial success.
We come to the table with our associate, internal capital sources network for
these projects : both in the matter of the Stage One permits and licences
period; as well as the more significant Stage Two project construction and
operations events.
Again, we seek to introduce Harmac Pacific to the following
matters that prevail in our forward thinking planning requirements : i.e., the
SVS-IHHI Stage One Energy Field Resources Survey Teams; namely :
(A) The employee-owned & operated
Harmac Pacific exemplifies the central ethic that dominates our For-Profit
Humanitarian agenda
(B) ICG Ltd Canada & the MSA Team
members’ mission is to provide Master Turn Key Contractor services to Canada’s
general populace and indigenous peoples populations within the SVS-IHHI
trigeneration private theme cities template – which is based upon our
successful provincial energy contracting of Power Purchase Agreements since
1990
(C) The Stage One of each 30 Mwe SVS-IHHI
project requires an engineering field survey team to collect core samples;
develop grid references regarding the biomass volumes; attain lab reports on
the energy quotients; and, publish this report within 90 days of commencing the
field explorations. This report is in conjunction with the $2-M USD EIA reports
that will be produced in Stage One [$5-M USD Budget]; and,
(D) Our mission with Harmac Pacific is to secure your interest in evaluating our submissions to you to be available for ICG LTD / KNS training in these matters of the Field Surveys. The proprietary information is lodged with the Kwa’mutsun nation for both legal and ethical reasons.
